Bob Hermes
President & Partner
Bob is an original founder of TRIO in 1993. His career path was in retail and wholesale sales management of consumer products, so the transition to a service-oriented business was well suited for him. He has been involved in all aspects of the business, but his primary focus is on building sales and cultivating new customers. He enjoys providing solutions to the various customer challenges that are brought to the company. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children along with their seven grandchildren. He also likes to go golfing and boating.
Brittany Rhyne
Vice President & Partner
Brittany joined TRIO in 2012. During her tenure, she has excelled in each of the departments and is currently responsible for day-to-day operations, customer service, and accounting. Her detail-oriented nature is very valuable to ensure her customers all get premium service before, during, and after their shipment is completed. She truly enjoys working with her various customers and making them happy. In her spare time, Brittany is either enjoying time with her husband and three children, volunteering or coaching at her children’s school or shopping.
